Strategy Definition

  • Understand client business culture
  • Determine position/assignment, job scope, responsibilities, reporting line, desired qualifications, experience, competencies and remuneration package
  • Develop search strategy and plan; including target industry, sector and companies (& “off limits”)

Targeted Search & Assessment

  • Identify target sources and candidates
  • Contact, screen and conduct telephone and/or personal interviews with qualified or short-listed candidates
  • Assess candidates’ fit~ individual job fit, motivational fit & organizational fit (ability to administer wide range of assessment tools per client requirements)
  • Conduct appropriate reference check

Executive Interviews

  • Present recommended candidates for client interviews
  • Facilitate candidate-client interviews
  • Executive interviews review and feedback with both client and candidates
  • Identify candidate for final selection interviews

Package Negotiation & Offer

  • Assist in remuneration package negotiation
  • Provide counsel to both client and candidate in employment or job offer

Service & Satisfaction

  • Ensure smooth transition and assimilation for selected executive
  • On-going follow-up service and feedback with both client and candidate to ensure satisfaction
